ATTENTION DISABLED VEHICLE OWNERS:

2012 is a verification year for disability license plates and placards.
Vehicle owners already displaying disability license plates and placards may recertify by siging a new form in our office. We have the form in our office or you may download a form in PDF format here:

New disability applicants must have certification filled out by their physician.
