Renewals

Manufactured Home Annual Renewals

Registrations are renewed annually from October 1 through November 30.

A courtesy renewal reminder is mailed for manufactured homes currently registered in Lee County. However, it is the owner's ultimate responsibility to ensure timely renewal and fee payment.

How to Renew

Renewals may be completed through three convenient channels:

  • In person: Visit any of our three Lee County locations.
  • By mail: Mail your renewal documentation (+$2.00 mail fee).
  • Online: Renew securely via the online portal.

Renewal Fees & Charges

  • Mail Fee: $2.00 added to renewals processed by mail.
  • Online Fee: $2.00 mail fee + 3.0% convenience fee (subject to a $3.50 minimum for card transactions).
Convenience fees are charged directly by the online payment provider.

Late Renewals & Penalties

A $10.00 late fee applies to renewals completed after November 30. Failure to renew and properly display the required decal by December 1 may result in citations and additional penalties.
